Two Sisters of the handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus Congregation profess final vows along with six Jubilarians

Two Sisters of the Congregation of the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus, Ghana Province on Saturday, 21st November, 2020 professed their Final Vows.

The well attended and colourful event was held at the Christ the King Cathedral, Sunyani. Four other Sisters marked their Silver Jubilee whilst two others marked their Golden Jubilee. The ceremony was graced by the Bishop of Sunyani diocese, Most Rev. Mathew Kwasi Gyamfi, Priests and Religious from the Sunyani Diocese and beyond as well as families and well-wishers of the candidates.

The Sisters who professed their Final Vows are Sisters Dominica Dapilah Kotie and Naomi Addai Obour. The Silver Jubilee celebrants are Sisters Catherine Danso Sefah, Mary Bernadette G. Moseray, Agatha Kamara and Judith Beatrice Babanya Magbity. The Golden Jubilee celebrants are Sisters Mary Dorothy Honny and Helen Amuzu.

In his homily, Most Rev. Mathew Kwasi Gyamfi encouraged the candidates as well as the jubilarians to serve with true passion and always stay focused in their quest to evangelize the faith.
