Sunyani Diocese gets new Clinic [Photos]

The Catholic Diocese of Sunyani in her quest to continue the healing Ministry of Christ  has acquired for herself a new Health Facility. The name of the Health Facility is Msgr. Robert Mensah Abrampa Clinic. This Clinic is situated at Nsesreso in the Dormaa Central Municipality.

The Clinic was privately owned but the Diocese has now acquired it to help serve the health needs of the People of Nsesreso and its environs.

The official grand opening was held on Friday, 14th May 2021 with a Eucharistic Celebration presided by the Bishop, Most Rev. Matthew Kwasi Gyamfi. The Ceremony was attended by the chiefs, elders and people of Nsesreso, Danyame,  Brofoyedu, Ahogono and the surrounding communities. The Diocesan Health workers were also well represented.

In his speech,  the Bishop thanked the chiefs and elders for helping the Church acquire the Clinic. He thanked them also for the land acquisition. He appealed  to chiefs to help the Church grow this Clinic so it can be transformed into a Hospital in the  near future. He again asked them not to encroach the land because the land will be used for the purpose for which it was given.

The Chiefs on their part thanked the Bishop and the Diocese for choosing Nsesreso as a place for the Clinic.  They pledged their support to help preserve and expand the Clinic to help serve the health needs of their people.
