West Tour GH donates educational items to Bishop Sam Memorial Catholic School

The 26th of July, 2021 was a day to remember for the students of Bishop Sam Memorial Catholic School at Ajua, a suburb of Apowa. West Tour Gh, a tourist club located in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis visited the school to donate set of educational items including over 100 pieces of school bags.

The entourage included about 3 executives and 6 members of the Tourism club. The head of Operations of the club, Bernard Armah (also known as Bonzy),in his delivery speech said;”The society always seek to bridge the gap between the poor and the rich by embarking on such donation activities in various institutions in the region”. He charged the students of the Catholic school to always push hard towards their dreams regardless of any obstacles.

The set of items was received by the PTA chairman and Assistant Headmitsress on behalf of the school. Madam Ruth, the assistant headmistress received the items with joy and expressed their gratitude, also reiterating that such gestures always motivate the students to be present at school all the time as they are faced with challenges of not having proper educational accessiories due to poverty. The PTA Chairman also showed appreciation to the group and entreated others to also follow the good gestures of the Tourism club

West Tours GH is a tourist club based in Sekondi takoradi. Their primary aim is to visit all Beautiful places in Ghana and beyond and also give back to society, (ie help the needy, help clean the community etc.
